At Sun-Loungers, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your outdoor furniture. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to return or exchange it.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

You have the right to return or exchange your outdoor furniture within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the furniture must be in its original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired by emailing sales//AT//sun-loungers.com. (Please replace the //AT// with the common E-Mail sign!)

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

- The furniture must be in its original condition and must show no signs of use or damage.

- Any labels or tags must still be attached.

- The return or exchange is at the expense of the buyer unless the return is due to a quality defect or an error on our part.

EXCHANGE OPTIONS:

If you wish to exchange your outdoor furniture, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will do our best to assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

REFUNDS:

Refunds for returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned furniture. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note that certain items may be excluded from our return and exchange policy. These may include specially made furniture, custom orders, or items marked as "Sale" or "Final Sale."
